I know that might sound cliche, but it’s true. I have worked too long in the mind and body field to know when I see and feel someone who is holding themselves back.
Too many excuses the human mind will bring up to keep you in a relatively safe place. What if there was a chance you actually could have the things you really want. Think about that for a moment.
