My own meditation journey has helped me heal myself from challenging and painful experiences in my own life and shaped who I Am today.  It has helped me to focus and shape my life to create miracles and a fabulous business.

When to listen to the meditations

You should not listen to the meditations while driving a car, operating any machinery or working with utensils in the kitchen. It is important to be in a safe environment, sitting on a comfy chair and ready to be transported to your favourite place where you can relax and enjoy.

How often should I listen to the recordings?
I suggest twice per day, but if you can only listen once per day, then that is also good.  The most important thing is to be consistent every day.
When is the best time to listen?
I suggest getting up a little earlier in the morning to listen to your meditation which will set you up for the day and then again if possible, before going to bed.
How long a period should I listen to each recording?
It takes 19-21 days to form a habit. I always say listen to the meditation for 30 days and that way you have really formed a new habit.
Is it possible to listen to more than one meditation?
I believe for the best results, it is advisable to listen to one meditation only for 30 days.  That way you are really focusing on one area of your life. 

When you start to listen to many different meditations, your mind begins to get confused, trying to do meditation for weight and then another for sleep.  Focus on one area at a time and master that area and then move on to the next.

What if I fall asleep or don’t remember what is said?
It is more than likely that you may fall asleep or go into a deep relaxation state. It’s also ok if you don’t remember what is said.  You will remember everything you are meant to and your mind will discard anything it doesn’t need. Your sub-conscious is always absorbing everything that is said. 
What age range are the meditations for?
Anyone over the age of 7 years old I believe is suitable to listen to the meditations.
