I love myself , how many times do you tell yourself that?
I know growing up I never told myself as I really did not like myself. I was bullied as a child at school and it made me feel not so good about myself. I felt different, I was different and in fact, my different was my genius, my gift that I use today in my business. I have a very unique gift of knowing exactly what is stopping you from showing up fully, I know who you are and I can help you shine your light.
Don’t allow anyone to make you feel low or bad about yourself, I think everyone at some point in their life has been bullied by someone, or as I say, someone that is so insecure about themselves that they need to steal someone else’s power.
There is something very powerful about these words.
I Love Myself. It touches your very soul and your soul needs to hear them. It’s not enough to like yourself but that is a start.
A great exercise to do is when you don’t have anything else to do or go to and you have some free time.
Sit down and hold a small mirror in front of you. Look into the mirror and say the words I Love Myself.
I remember the first time I was at a retreat and when I looked into the mirror before I even said the words, I cried. I was finally addressing myself, caring for myself and nurturing Karen. I cried because I knew that I had not loved myself, I had felt it and that is something that will hold you back. You don’t put yourself forward and out for others to see, you hold yourself back, you don’t want to show up fully, does this ring a bell?
I know by myself not loving me I was holding myself back. Are you?
If you don’t love yourself, you can’t attract the clients you want, you are not thinking abundant and you certainly wont create or manifest abundance and by that I mean money.
Money loves you if you love yourself. It will flow to you, yes it will and will shower you with love by rewarding you with abundance.
If you are feeling stuck, have money issues, worries and not attracting, chances are I believe there is a very big part of you that doesn’t love yourself. You might think you can escape and that stuff is for others but it’s for You.
When you do the inner work, I promise you the abundance will show up, money, clients, etc.
